no audio when streaming nestcam on Google hub

Beginning about a month ago my nestcam iq stream to nest hub have video but no sound. Worked ok previously. Cam audio works fine on iOS app and Nest web app. And the hubs will play audio otherwise from hey Google commands, timers, YouTube, etc. additionally I have two nestcam iqs and three hubs and no combination between devices will get the audio to work. All have been restarted (though not factory reset). We use as baby monitors so the issue renders the setup a bit useless , any help appreciated.

I understand this issue can be frustrating, but I want to investigate this for you.

In order to look into this further, I just have a few questions.

Are you referring to the Nest Hub 1st Gen?
If so, what OS are you on? Is this on the Fuchsia OS?
