Dreaded 2 dots on best audio (not mini)

I have tried every option in these threads about how to reboot about how to reset and I still have two solid dots on my Google nest audio. Does anyone else have the same issue?

This is not the experience we want you to have and thank you for doing the troubleshooting steps before posting, let me help you. A few questions:

When did your issue begin?
Were there any recent changes made?
Are those 2 solid white or red dots on your Nest Audio?
Is it responsive to voice commands or touch controls?
When you did the reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this link?
