Sunrise Alarm not working

Hello! I would like to continue on this thread. I have not been successful in making the sunrise alarm work (the lights)

I would also like to mention I have a google nest wifi with one wifi point. I have got the Philips Hue Bridge plugged into the router.

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

Sunrise alarms can only be set up on Google Nest displays, not with the Google Home or Nest speakers. You can only turn on and customize this feature on the screen of your display. If you want this to be configured with the speakers, you can send feedback to our product team so they can further review them.

Thank you for the reply. I do recall the sunrise alarms working before without the Google Nest Displays. I have been trying to activate it through these commands: Use Gentle Sleep and Wake with your smart lights - Google Nest Help

Hey jordanhome,

I appreciate the update. The sunrise alarm is a different feature from Gentle Sleep and Wake Up. If you are using the latter, make sure that your smart lights and speaker are in the same room in the Google Home app before activating the command. Set the alarm first before adding the command for Gentle Sleep or Wake Up.

I did mean Gentle Sleep + Wake Up. I did try to do what you said but had no luck in getting it to work.

I got 3 lights in my room:

- LCT015

- LCT026

- LCA001

Well I havent heard back from them and gentle sleep + gentle wake up still doesn't work

I am having the same issue. Gentle wakeup not working anymore with a Philips Hue A19 bulb. Used to work perfectly. I use a Google Home Mini in my bedroom. All devices set to same room.
I have tried the 'Turn on Gentle Wakeup' command with no success. I have also tried adding this command to my 'Bedtime' routine, where it asks me what time I want to set my alarm.
Not sure exactly when this stopped working, but I miss it and would like it back!
