G Nest Gen 2 won't complete calls

I installed a single new Google Nest about Oct 5, 2021 in my mothers apartment to assist her in making phone calls. It functioned fine but want to make certain she had coverage throughout her apartment so I installed two more, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom area.

The seem to function well. She would say "Hey Google, call Bob" and the Nest would reply "Call Bob at 555-555-5555" Mom would say yes and it would complete the call.

Now however when she says to call Bob it still asks "Call Bob at 555-555-5555?" and when she says yes it replies "Calling Bob" but the after a few seconds it gives a double beeb and nothing happens.

Any suggestions?
