Can’t get google display online. Keeps showing offline even though it’s on the network.

Hello jsainer,

Thanks for reaching out to the Speakers and Displays Community forum.

Your Google Nest Hub should be on the same network as your phone for it to show up as online in the Google Home app. Also, make sure that your app is up-to-date and try to clear the cache if the issue persists.
