My Google Nest Hub has turned itself off and even though I have tried pressing the volume buttons for 20 or unplugging it, it won't start again. What can I do? Thanks!

Hey Frances, I have the same issue with my hub. It won't turn on and I have tried the holding the power button down thing and still nothing. Can you help please!

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not powering on. I understand your frustration and would be more than happy to help find a solution.

First, can you try this troubleshooting step?

At the back of the Nest display, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the screen with G logo shows up
Repeat step one, 10 more times. (complete total of 11 times)
After plugging the power cord back in, wait for the device to reset. The device announces "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that it's ready for setup.

I understand this is a tedious troubleshooting step, and I appreciate your time. Please keep me updated, let's get this issue resolved!

Hello! I have the same problem too!!! I tried to use this method of plugging it in and out for 11 times and my Google Nest Hub is still not turning on and the monitor is just black! I have only had this device for less than a year. How can it be fixed?

No, it still isn't working and will not turn on. At this point I just gave up on it. Is there anything you can do?
