Using Google Keep with Google speakers, multiple users sharing a single shopping list

Hi, Google recently stopped supporting my app of choice for lists "Our Groceries".

As an alternative, we are trying out Google Keep, however we are having challenges creating shared lists and then using Nest Hub (or any other Google speaker) to have multiple users add to the same list.

For instance, we would like to have a single grocery list that any user in my home can add to with their voice. Right now it works fine with my voice, but it will not allow my girlfriend to add items using her voice via the Nest Hub.

Voice match is "on" with the hub and we would prefer to keep it on for Spotify and other reasons.

As an example if I say "Hey Google, add bananas to grocery" it works perfectly.

If she says "Hey Google, add bananas to grocery" it fails.

She has access to Keep on her phone and can use the app to add and delete items, but so far I am stumped on how to use the speakers and make this work.

I know how challenging it is when your girlfriend has issues adding items to shopping lists. To confirm, is her account added as one of the home members on the Google Home app?

Let's go ahead and remove her account then share the lists again by following the steps below:

Open the Google Home app.
At the top right, tap the account.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to the Nest speaker or display. If correct, tap Close to return to the previous screen. To switch accounts, tap the down arrow next to the Google Account, then tap another account or Add another account.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down to Services, then tap Notes & lists.
To view all lists, at the top left, tap Menu.
Tap the list they're sharing > Tap the Share button.
Enter a name or email, or scroll through the contact list.
Tap Save.
The person will be sent an email where they can agree to be part of the shared list.
When the person agrees to join the shared list, they need to make the shared list their primary list to start to view and manage the shared list.

Thanks for your help!

After working with Keep for a while we determined we just really didn't like it.

We switched back to Our Groceries as our list app and just use Amazon Alexa as the voice assistant.

Google also made another recent change and now all of our smart switches quit working with the Google voice assistant. So, now we are moving to switch everything to Alexa.
