I can only make voice comments on my iPhone not the Nest Hub

Thanks for reaching out. The Google Assistant is a helpful feature so I understand your concern. I would be more than happy to help look into this issue and find a solution. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding.

Which Google Nest Hub do you have? (model name, generation number)
Is this a new issue? Was your Google Assistant working before?
Is your microphone turned off? Please check that it is toggled on.
What happens when you say "Hey Google"? Does the device react at all?
Are you seeing or hearing any error messages?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to the Google Nest Hub itself? If so, what have you attempted so far?
