I play a white noise 24-hr video from Youtube to help me sleep at night but for some reason my Google Max stops playing the audio at the 8 hour mark for about 10 seconds or so. Just enough to wake me up. At first I thought it was a skip in the Youtube video but nope it's the Google Max. Anyone know why this happens?

Hi jim10011,

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. What Nest speaker or display do you own? When did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? What steps have you taken so far? What is its distance from your Wi-Fi router?

Try to reboot your Wi-Fi router and once the network is back do the same thing on your Nest speaker or display. Observe if it makes a difference.

Regards,

Juni
