My google home is unresponsive, I've tried factory resetting it, unplugging it for 2 minutes and plugging it back in, using different outlets and nothing seems to work. the cords are perfectly intact it just shows up with two dots, the mute button doesn’t indicate if your mic is on, the volume settings don't work what do i do??

Update I left it unplugged for about 10 minutes and its back to working now👍
