Hi Umair, to change the temperature format, do the following:

open the Home app and in upper right click your icon

Choose Assistant settings from the pop-up menu

Scroll or Search "Weather"

On Android devices, miles, etc. are generally set and handled by location services for the device and Google Maps. Keep in mind all features don't work in all countries or regions.

- From GothamNY (Gold Product Expert)
