google home hub screen is black as if a giant pop up is open, it is still voice operable.

My google home hub screen is black, I can see very tiny vertical screen at the edges. It looks like in the center as if a giant pop up is open, it is still voice operable, have restarted multiple times that didn't help.I have done factory rest that didn't help either. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue. I see lot of people have this issue what is the fix here.

System firmware version: 12.20230611.1.67
