I’ve sold the Nest Hub Max gen 1 and it was removed from my account (time stamp shows its removal too) and have also factory reset the device. The buyer I sent it to is now getting that error message. The cameras I sold were all fine for what it’s worth, just this Hub that’s got issues.

I’ve checked all the rooms in the iOS Home app and it’s not anywhere there. Any ideas?

Hi SavageKitten,

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Were there any home members in your previous Google Home setup? If yes, Google Nest Hub Max should be removed from their account. If the Google Home app on their phone doesn’t show Google Nest Hub Max, check it on Your devices.

Regards,
Alex
