Nest audio not recognising ok or hey, google

Nest will not respond to hey or ok google. Works fine otherwise. Have reset a number of times, all goes fine, but as soon as set up completed it will not respond. No lights at all in response to hot word. Appreciate any help

Thanks for posting. Thank you for letting me know about your Nest Audio concern. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this. A few questions: Did it work before, or is this a first-time setup? If it worked before, were there any recent changes made? What is its distance from your Wi-Fi router?

If possible, try to use another network to set it up and observe if it makes a difference.
