Don't understand the word "cooking recipe"

For the past few days, when I ask for a cooking recipe, the assistant does not understand:
If I ask "I want to make an apple pie", the assistant replies "that it must be very good", either he tells me the story of the apple pie, or he tells me that he doesn't understand .
I'm obviously not the only one in this situation.
Have you ever encountered this problem and have you found a solution?

Yep. I switched from Alexa a few years ago and have been slowly regretting more and more as each day passes. The voice recognition is SO much worse than it used to be. It's perplexing to me, as I thought over time it would improve but it's got tangibly worse. Then there is the whole migration from Nest, which feels like it will never complete. Plus now my Nest Hub Max often doesn't even respond to me unless I say hey google really loudly. I invested in the ecosystem and even moved over to the pixel phone. While the latter has been a good purchase so far, alas I'm not sure I could say the same about the rest. Apart from the thermostat I guess.

Check if your Google Assistant recognizes your command. See the steps below:

Open the Google Home app .
At the top right, tap your account.
Tap My Activity .

Hello Juni.
Thank you for trying to help me.
There was no change between the two. When I noticed the problem, I did a factory reset but the problem persists.
When I look in my activity, it says "no events recorded"

Thanks for the details you’ve shared. Does this happen with all the commands? Are you getting the same response using your phone's Google Assistant? If possible, try to set up your device using another network and observe if you will get a different experience.
