Hey there,

I am terribly sorry for my late response, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. I'm sorry to hear about your cam history disappearing as I'm sure it's alarming, but I'm happy to help.

I am afraid that once there is a lapse in your Nest Aware subscription, you lose any saved footage. If you restart your subscription again, you would start to save those events after that point. There is no way for you to get your previous footage if you do not have Nest Aware. Here is a great article that goes over how this all works with the Nest Aware sub.
