Google Nest Hub BBC radio not working

For the last few days I've not been able to play BBC radio on my Nest Hub. Hub acknowledges the command and BBC Sounds launches, but then nothing happens and eventually it reverts to its ambient display.

Casting from my phone - play the radio station on BBC Sounds App and cast to device also fails

Hub has been rebooted and factory reset.

BBC Radio plays on other google minis and first gen google homes

anyone else experiencing this?

Is this a known issue?

Yes mine has also stopped working will not stream or cast Radio 2 or anything from the BBC Sounds app, all other stations work fine, i've even created a new group and still the same thing it's really annoying

same here.. bbc radio works on nest mini and lenovo clock but neither of my 2 hubs which are on different access points . streaming of other radio station (ie JazzFM) works fine.

tried again around mid day today.. no luck on radio 4,3, 6... just tried again this evening and 1,4and 6Music worked first try.

hoping someone fixed something? nothing changed on my network

It worked for me this morning. Just tried again now (radio 4,6) and not working again. Nothing changed at my side. I'm guessing some misconfiguration at the BBC as app unlikely to change that quickly. Maybe it depends what server they are connecting you to?

Yes still not working, actually had my parents check theirs, was working this week when mine wasn't now as of today theirs too in Australia has also stopped working with BBC Sounds, been 6 days now you would think it would have been spotted by either the BBC or Google by now!!
