Stops playing from global player randomly.

Hi, I've recently noticed that my nest mini will randomly stop playing radio through global player. I leave it playing throughout the day for my dog at home but it turns itself off randomly and I can't start it playing again without a reboot. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?

My google home has also started to stop my music or skip songs randomly while listening to music on spotify

Hi everyone,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re all experiencing when playing media on your Google Home devices. Let’s do some troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix this.

Reboot your router for 2 minutes.
Restart your Google Home device by unplugging it from the power outlet for a minute.
Play media and then monitor its behavior.
If the issue persists, unlink and relink your media account (for Spotify).
- Ask for a different radio from TuneIn (for Global player) to check if the issue only happens with Global player.
If the same, factory reset your Google Home device.
