If you still need help, I have a few questions: what is the make and model of your Android device? Does this happen on both WiFi and mobile data? Where did you purchase your Nest Aware subscription?

If you purchased Nest Aware from the Google Store, Nest Aware subscriptions are automatically billed to your saved payment method every month or year. Renewals are based on the billing cycle you selected when you purchased your Nest Aware subscription. Check out this guide to learn more about managing your Nest Aware subscription.

On the other hand, if you purchased Nest Aware from one of our partners, contact them for further assistance.
