Cancellation help

I keep getting a renewal notice and my exwife is getting an 8.00 charge on account that we have been trying to cancel for months since our divorce.

The subscription is NOT showing in my subscriptions anywhere, and I keep getting a "structure-error" url.

How do I cancel this???

Uh-oh! I'm sorry to hear that you're still getting renewal notice and your ex-wife is still getting charge. What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have? Also, have you already tried to cancel your subscription through the Google Store? If not yet:

Go to the Play Store app or search for it in your Safari browser if you're using an iOS device.
Tap your Account.
Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you wish to manage.
Select Cancel subscription.
From there, you can update your Primary payment method, set up a backup payment method, or cancel your subscription.
