For the past three weeks, each time I've requested my full Nest Data Archive I have been receiving errors. I'll receive a notification that my archive has been successfully created, yet, when I click upon the "Download" tab, it only brings up a single file, and will only then download that. Normally, a window would pop-up indicating 36 or more separate files available for download, but it has not been doing that for my past three attempts since three weeks ago. I need help here!z

Hi James-K-7081,

I'm sorry to hear the inconvenience you're experiencing with obtaining your full Nest Data Archive. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. Sometimes, accumulated cache and cookies can interfere with the proper functioning of web applications. After clearing the cache and cookies, try requesting your full Nest Data Archive again. If the issue persists, try accessing the Nest Data Archive using a different web browser or device. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current browser or device.

Let us know if that helps.

Best,

Zoe
