Nest Aware subscription - using email address currently as a Gsuite Legacy account

Hello,

I've ordered the new Nest Indoor Camera and it will arrive in a month.

We currently have our Google Home account registered with an email address that is on the Gsuite Legacy edition platform.

The Google Home has a Nest Mini and a Nest Audio added. We do not have thermostat or other devices, only the Nest Mini and Nest Audio.

We know that using a Gsuite Legacy email address has its limitations with Google Home/Assistant - as it does not allow Google Assistant to "read" calendars/events.

We want to use the same email address for our Nest Aware Plus subscription. We are creating a new Nest account, not a migration.

Will we be able to use the same email address for Nest Aware Plus service or will there be limitations with the Nest Aware service with this email address?

We don't want to create a gmail (dot) com account just for Nest Aware Plus - especially because we have Nest Mini and Nest Audio devices registered with the Gsuite email address and see them on the Google Home app. We want to use our own .com email address that is on the Gsuite Legacy platform.

Does anyone know if there will be limitations or we are clear to use that email address? If our own domain .com email account can be used, what limitations (if any) would the Nest Aware Plus service have?

And we don't want to upgrade to Gsuite Workspace Starter package because it is not cost effective for us ($300/year is too expensive).

If anyone can confirm that we can use that email address that is currently on Gsuite Legacy platform, that will be most helpful.

Hey there,

Unfortunately we do not allow Gsuite accounts to be used for Nest Aware, so you will need to create a new home under a Gmail account, add your two devices to it, and then you can subscribe to Nest Aware using the new Gmail account.
