My NEST doorbell working fine on my Google Pixel phone but is offline on my wife's iPhone how I can fix that?

No problem on her phone with other devices.

A few questions: what model of Nest doorbell do you have? Are you using Google Home or the Nest app?

Please try the steps below:

Check for any updates for Google Home or the Nest app in the Apple App Store.
Check for any iOS updates and install them if there are any.
Uninstall the Home or Nest app, restart the iPhone, and then reinstall the app.
