Video playback not working

My video history playback on my Nest camera has stopped working. I'm not sure if it's because my free trial has expired - I cannot find a way to upgrade my subscription. Can anyone help? Thanks

My will not work either ?! Any solution.? It’s just a screenshot and I lost all icons down below except live talk and quiet time

I am also facing the same problem. The nest cameras and App are useless at this point.

Agreed. Lots of people posting about the same problem. Thread gets responded to by Brad the bot. No resolution then locked. Failures on multiple fronts.
