&lt;P&gt;To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;How many cameras do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What type of Nest cameras do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the Nest Aware Subscription under the correct account?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Were you able to set up the Nest cameras on your account?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Did you get an error message?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you trying to add them to a new home structure or the old one?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you have other Nest devices on the same home structure?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <title>No compatible devices</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my nest aware was working fine until I had to remove and re add my wife to our home due to it not recognising her on the hub we had recently purchased.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this removal took all our cameras off the home and I had to re add them and now I get no compatible devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the chat people are useless and after countless conversations feel like I have now thrown a whole load of money at a system that is flakey as hell and can’t get back to a working point without removing every device and recreating my home with all the devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help towards this would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
