Lost history and leafs

Hi. I had history and leafs saved with using Nest Aware. I replaced the WiFi router just over the weekend and had to change the name and settings for Nest thermostat and many connected appliances using the new WiFi name. I was distressed to learn all my Leafs and Nest Aware history was lost for the previous 5-6 years. I suppose I can’t get these details back even though I’m using the same Nest Aware account with the same email address? TIA!

Unfortunately, changing your WiFi router likely led to the loss of historical data and Leafs on Nest Aware; it's not recoverable even with the same account.

Unfortunately, as @maverickwhites said. It's not recoverable. You may have to get nest to learn your heating/usage pattern to build up that data again. Best way to learn it quickly is to simulate/do what you normally do with your heating & AC at home and setting up your routines for it in the app. That way after 1-2 weeks it should have learned the habits and able to learn the usage patterns to show the eco leaf. Also it may be worth checking your nest account to see if anything else can be found on them for previous usage patterns if you can remember!

Like @code_ posted you can't get the info back to the thermostat but you can get the data but you can try downloading your Nest data from Google Takeout. Hope that will help.
