      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Folks, I’ve got Nest Aware subscription and connected the new Nest Cam, added it thru my Google Home App, and it can be accessed via same…..but it only provides 3 hour video retrieval. &amp;nbsp;What step did I miss? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can check your subscription on the link below, and if you click on the subscription, it will display the name of your Google Nest "&lt;EM&gt;home/structure&lt;/EM&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://store.google.com/subscriptions" target="_blank"&gt;https://store.google.com/subscriptions&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, if you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, those subscriptions are per-camera and apply ONLY to 1st gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells, and NOT to the 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells that get installed in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Home app&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're on a &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest Aware Plus&lt;/STRONG&gt; subscription that we've had since 2020, and it covers all of our 1st gen and 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
