Re-activate a cancelled Nest subscription

A few months ago we moved to a different state. Right before we moved, I canceled my Nest subscription. It is set to cancel in August. However, I want to re-active the subscription and do not see any way of doing so. Do I just need to re-purchase once the subscription has canceled or are there other options?
