    <description>&lt;P&gt;My original &lt;A href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Aware/Double-billed/m-p/611437#M11145" target="_blank"&gt;post&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is locked so I can no longer reply to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still being given the run around by Google with this after months. I was told they couldn't find the transactions and that I should follow up with my credit card company. I did as suggested and they said they couldn't dispute the transactions because it's over a long period of time. I'm at the point now where I will follow up with consumer affairs in my state if this isn't resolved asap. How have Google got so bad? This is beyond ridiculous!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was bill in April for my yearly Nest subscription $263.40. Then they said if you don't migrate to Nest Aware you will lose everything. So I migrated and now they tell me I need a NEW subscription but refuse to refund the $263.40. They said they canceled the subscription but can not give me a refund!!! &amp;nbsp;This is a total SCAM by Google, or they just don't know what they are doing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
