    <description>&lt;P&gt;I also just noticed I was double billed for my subscription this month. So I did a google search and what do you know, this has been going on for some time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked my statements and sure enough it was double charged in in 2023 and 2022. I called support and they said they would put in a request for refund, but only for 2 years. Who do I need to speak with to get this credited properly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
