      <title>Nest camera 2nd gen wired</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My nest camera stopped working as of Dec 9, 2024 around midnight I’ve already tried unplugging &amp;amp; plugging it back in but there is no green light or any light at all. It’s offline, tried connecting it to another outlet &amp;amp; still did not turn on, no green light or any light turns on. I also made sure where to check the outlet it was originally plugged in was working which it was ( put my phone to charge &amp;amp; it was working) it’s just my camera that does not turn on. I removed it from my google home &amp;amp; tried re adding it but it does not turn on at all so I’m not able to. I bought it last year in November 2023 so it’s only about a year old &amp;amp; I didn’t use it as soon as I got it so it’s fairly new. please help thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to locate &amp;amp; press the button for 10 seconds to see if it restarts or any light turns on &amp;amp; nothing turned on or happened. I will try reaching out to see if I can talk to someone of their team, thank you for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Press and hold down.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times, and you’ll hear a countdown tone.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;At 12 seconds, the status light will be solid yellow. When the camera begins resetting, you’ll hear a confirmation tone."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Maybe Support can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
