    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please cancel my order #NG213175072321-case ID 8-9047000037587 and refund the unused period balance to the same card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spent an hour to cancel online on the nest account and it keeps going in loops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Already spent 4 hours of time listening to customer care people with no end result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sent screen shots of the payment and the order but stock answer is we are researching where and under what account the money is taken. One person sees the details and the next person on the phone says they have to do research the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is frustrating that Google is providing this type of service which is earning billions and giving hard time refunding a small amount to the customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amount charged is $113.00 ($100,00 Nest Aware and ax $13.00) on December 5, 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Filled out the form as required by TAJennifer two days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing happened..........&lt;BR /&gt;No call back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No cancellation done having been on phone everyday with them for cancellation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The call center plays their tricks blaming senior support team which is probably working from moon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They get away with playing music and completing their shift by staying on the line as long as they can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SUGGESTION TO ALL: DO NOT EVER GET INTO THIS GOOGLE TRAP OF NEST AWARE. ITS TH3 WORST EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
