received my credit card billing and i was charged on 1/14 google nest g.co/helppay $80.00 and on 1/15

i was charged $180.00 for google nest .

Is there any way can you tell me what are google nest g.help pay charges? Unbelievable without notifying charging any thing. How can i get help? Does any one know how do we resolve this issue. There is no phone number where we can talk to live person.

Hi Panch,

You should be able to view your current subscriptions managed by Google here.

I am unsure what subscription service you are referring to - is it Nest Aware? In that case, it should be listed at the above link.

You can also visit g.co/helppay if you do not recongise a transaction, or contact Google Pay Help at this link.
