Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;", just click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)&lt;BR /&gt;5.
