Go to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;", just click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)&lt;BR /&gt;5.       <title>Nest Account Snafu</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I migrated my Nest (1st Gen) account to Google several months ago and I have 3 problems: (1) I can't access my Nest/Google account except from my iPhone. The error message on my non-Apple laptop says I am not the owner of the account. (2) The Google account app says I don't have any subscriptions and no payment history but I am paying for Nest Aware. I can't make any changes to the account. (3) There is nowhere to contact customer service for either Google or Nest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
