Contacting someone regarding my Nest Aware subscription.....

I have been trying in vain to contact someone about my subscription and am at the point where I'm just going to have to cancel it. There is no phone number to reach anyone and nobody ever calls back even though it says they will after opening an inquiry. Is there someone on this forum that can help?
