      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/762412"&gt;@9092109881&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Subscriptions&lt;/STRONG&gt; page (&lt;A href="https://store.google.com/subscriptions" target="_blank"&gt;https://store.google.com/subscriptions&lt;/A&gt;), click on your Nest Aware subscription, click on the ellipsis icon (the 3 dots), and select "&lt;EM&gt;Cancel subscription&lt;/EM&gt;". My understanding is that this will cancel your subscription at the end of the current period, but will NOT refund the remaining subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a 1st gen subscription, go to &lt;A href="https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions" target="_blank"&gt;https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions&lt;/A&gt;. We can't get to this page because we haven't had a 1st gen subscription since 2020.&amp;nbsp; I believe that when you cancel a 1st gen subscription, you get a prorated refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did go there but it told me that my subscription is handled by a different user. I don’t know what they mean by that. I bought the nest hello doorbell in 2019 and it came with one year of the nest aware subscription. I guess I got a reminder when the year was up and gave them my credit card then. I just don’t know how to cancel now. No customer service phone number anywhere. Very frustrating , thanks for trying to help, Rosemarie&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
