This is ridiculous! The service isn't reliable to say the least. There have been multiple times I've had a video alert where it looked like it might be an emergency but the video of the event was not immediately available and it took 5-10 minutes before it was! In an emergency, it needs to be available immediately!!!&nbsp;</P><P>The playback and scrolling of a video is terribly choppy. How the hell do they justify this price increase when the service is so bad!?
