    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/286017"&gt;@peppcorn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just another Google Nest customer, but the only reason I know of for cancellation of a Nest Aware subscription is for non-payment due to, say, an expired or invalid credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you've had a 30-day free trial subscription on a camera, you cannot get a second free trial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen any posts about Nest Aware just quitting working for no reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Go to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3.       <title>subscription canceled 3 months after renewing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am extremely frustrated since my nest aware was working as normal up until about 2 or 3 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Any time I went to look up a past event it said it had lost internet connection on that day.&amp;nbsp; I looked up my subscription and it says I renewed back on May 27th in the amount of 85.60.&amp;nbsp; In checking my past emails you had sent an email saying my subscription had been canceled back in June (not sure why).&amp;nbsp; However, my subscription has been working just fine up until the beginning of August.&amp;nbsp; Starting like August 3rd I had no history at all after that.&amp;nbsp; In trying to get it working again I hit the 30 trial thinking it would recognize my info and just start it up again but instead I do not have any history at all now.&amp;nbsp; I am extremely frustrated because I have been trying to contact Nest to tell them about this issue and keep going around in circle without any real way to contact anyone.&amp;nbsp; I did see several people with the same issue that the nest aware just quick working for them for no reason.&amp;nbsp; I am almost to the point of canceling with Nest and going to one of the other doorbell brands that is easier to contact if there is an issue.&amp;nbsp; Please help me get my subscription up and working again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
