IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription

Impossible to cancel subscriptions. Frustrating two years I have tried. Charge smy account every year and try to cancel it and end up giving up.

Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help.
Select a category / product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
Click "Other".
