So have a Google one premium account and I'm being told that I receive a Google home premium account with that as a benefit and but I don't know how to activate it it keeps asking me to pay for the premium service, through Google home. Help pease.

To isolate this inconvenience, please confirm two things:

When did you purchase your Google One Premium 2 TB?
Is the Google Account you're signed into on the Google Home app the primary account managing your Google One Premium 2 TB?

It's actually a 5 tb under my GF name

And the Google home account has been under me for 10 years or so. She just added me to the one 5tb plan recently. She started her Google one account in May of 2023, and recently upgraded to the 5 tb in the last 4 to 5 months I believe
