&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the devices disconnect, what is the color and status of the LED light on the primary (parent) Nest Wi-Fi Pro router?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does the entire mesh system drop offline, or do only the satellite points disconnect from the primary point?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve never had an issue with my old nest system. Now I upgraded to the pro and it’s been the worst investment ever. It just drops left and right and is the biggest waist of money ever. I contacted support so many time and they just keep saying to factory reset everything. It’s terrible because it doesn’t fix anything and I have to reset so much equipment in the house to the new network. The nest pro needs some software update or something it’s so horrible for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
