&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you have an active Google Home Premium subscription? If so, what kind of subscription do you have?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you using the Google Home or Nest app?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What type of Nest cameras do you have? &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you see the camera’s live feed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you made any recent changes to your network (like changing your router, password, or network name)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you see any error messages in the app?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
