I was double billed in December

I was double billed in December, I was charged twice on December 1st for $107.25 and then another charge for $10.72 I assume the $107.25 is for the whole year and the $10.72 is monthly for my other account. But why was I charged two times for my one account? I talked to someone a few weeks ago and they ASSURED me that someone would work this out and call me. Nope!

Where did you originally purchase the subscription?
What type of subscription do you have?
Could you please share the case number for your previous call?
