    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a Nest Camera on my patio at an old address...I unplugged it and moved June 2024...I have never plugged it back in.&amp;nbsp; I was surprised to see a charge for my subscription back in October 2025.&amp;nbsp; I was charged in September 2024 and in 2025.&amp;nbsp; They don't make it easy to locate the place where I need to turn it off, let alone request a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still not sure that it is turned off and I need to be reimbursed.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Disconnecting a camera from power doesn't stop your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I don't think you'll be eligible for a refund but if you'd like to query that:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click "Other".&lt;/SPAN&gt;
