Nest camera (wired) not picking up people

Hello,

I have raised this issue previously but not had a solution.

My nest cameras will not identify a person in its field of view. If something happens like someone walking across the drive it is not recorded unless something else happens at the same time.

I have rebooted the cameras several times. resetted them. tried with a combination of settings (such as just sound, no sound etc) zones and overlapping zones and still nothing.

Could you please assist?
