Have Nest Aware Trial but Unable to See Recording History Clips

Pretty much what the title says. Bought a nest doorbell, free trial of Nest Aware however every time I go to my recording history I get an error when I try to watch a clip. This is the primary reason I have a video doorbell and it doesn't work. Can someone please help?
