 &lt;P&gt;Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;
 &lt;P&gt;If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we recently installed the outdoor (battery) camera.&amp;nbsp; I can watch the live feed on the app, but I cannot get it added to my Aware subscription.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't even show up online as installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
