We are having a similar problem (as are our friends). Have nest aware with recording subscription. All of a sudden we only get 3/4 still photos human movement. No way to contact customer services (other than meaningless replies on here that resolve noone’s issues) and no personal account facility to check subscriptions. I do t want to take a new subscription (in the event mine expired) in case it doesn’t work. I’d appreciate some help as I don’t particularly want to scrap my Google devices and move to ring.

I just updated Nest and now I only get a live image on nest. I can't scroll through and view my history. Is there a setting I'm missing? Without the ability to scroll, nest is not very useful.

Hi folks,

I'm sorry for the delay. Without a subscription, you can only stream live video and get up to 3 hours of still image snapshots. You can check this article on What you get with a Nest Aware subscription to learn more.

Regards,

Steve
