Nest notifications not showing preview video

I have been unable to see any next notifications and the video previews. Something has happened recently where the previews disappeared from notifications. I cannot see them unless I go into the Nest app itself. I am on android s21 ultra and Verizon. Please help. From prior comments, I tried to tap and hold the notifications but thay doesn't do anything.

Yes, I do, but I'm not sure if I submitted the request properly as I've never had to reach out. On my phone, when I get a notification from my nest cameras, I used to see the video preview from the notification itself. However, now that no longer happens and I have to go into the Nest app to see it.

Last I heard, this was a bug. Unfortunately, I do not have an update on it at this time. Best I can ask is that you restart the device, make sure it's connected to receive updates, and you'll need to wait for an update.
